Tamarin Bay Surf School

Tamarin Bay Surf School is a surf school in Tamarin Bay, on the west coast of Mauritius. It is run by Cyril Thevenau, a well-known figure in Mauritian surfing, and welcomes beginners (introduction and initiation) aged 5 to 77, in groups or one-to-one.

The school also runs surf trips to the island's must-visit spots, with a van and a boat, and rents equipment: shortboards, longboards, foam boards, booties, wetsuits and rash vests, with rates that fall the longer you rent.
