APEX Adventures Kitesurfschool IJmuiden

APEX Adventures is a small team of experienced instructors that has run a kitesurf school for about fifteen years at IJmuiderslag, on the North Holland coast near IJmuiden. The beach there is one of the widest in the country and stays quiet, which helps learning.

The school is IKO certified and hands over an IKO certificate at the end of the course. It teaches with waterproof headsets: the student stays in contact with the instructor to progress faster and more safely. It welcomes beginners and advanced riders, with one-to-one coaching sessions.

APEX also organises kitesurf trips (for example to Egypt) and, in winter, freeride mountain trips for more than twenty-five years.
