School Presentation

Dragon Project is a kitesurf and windsurf centre on Velika Plaža near Ulcinj, about 800 m from the right bank of the Bojana river. It also offers catamaran sailing.

Qualified instructors are linked to IKO, BKSA and RYA. The centre rents kites, windsurf gear and catamarans, with brands such as Starboard, Naish, Cabrinha and Ozone (the website also lists Bic, Tushingham and Hobie).
