Kite Montenegro is the kitesurf school of Pacha Surf Beach on Velika Plaža in Ulcinj. Instructors are VDWS or IKO certified and teach in several languages.

The school offers a trial session, beginner, intermediate and advanced classes, and kids' classes. Course and rental equipment is supplied by Core Kiteboarding.
