Kiteloop Montenegro

Kiteloop is a kitesurf centre on Velika Plaža, the long sandy beach of Ulcinj in southern Montenegro. The website also mentions the Ada Bojana area and announces about 270 sunny days a year, with wind blowing almost every afternoon.
