Mirleft Surf Camp

Mirleft Surf Camp is a local family-run business in the heart of Mirleft, a five-minute walk from the beach and ten minutes from the shops, the market and the cafés. The camp states that it is open 365 days a year and covers some sixty kilometres of coast, from south of Sidi Ifni to north of Aglou, so it can pick the spot that suits the day's conditions and the group's level.

Guests stay at Inna Guest House, a riad purpose-built for the camp a five-minute walk from the Atlantic: en-suite rooms, a shared lounge, an open-plan kitchen, traditional sitting and dining areas, two terraces with barbecue facilities and a central courtyard, a 24-hour front desk, free parking and Wi-Fi. The riad can be booked self-catering, bed and breakfast or full board, with meals cooked on site by Fadma and Latifa from fresh local produce. Two point breaks are a five-minute walk away. Motorbike and car hire are available on site.

Instructors go into the water with their students, one instructor for every six, and the same instructor follows the group all week; coaching is offered in French, English, Spanish and Arabic. The hire fleet runs from beginner foam boards to NSP mini-mals, shortboards and longboards, 8'0 down to 5'9, along with wetsuits, bodyboards, swimfins, ponchos, parasols and accessories to hire or buy. The camp also runs two counters a few minutes' walk away: Mi-Right Surf Shop and the Blue Moon Coffee & Surf café.

The camp states that it opens its doors 365 days a year.
