Foil Surfing Hawaii

Foil Surfing Hawaii is an e-foil school based in Honolulu, on the island of Oahu in Hawaii, close to Waikiki. It offers foiling activities from beginner e-foil lessons to advanced wave foil riding, and states that it is DLNR permitted and fully insured.

Lessons suit most people aged 13 and up, with no previous board-sports experience required. They start with land training on safety, board control and stance, with life vests and radio helmets so the instructor can correct students in real time. In the water, students progress from lying to kneeling and standing positions with the remote, before their first flights.

Lessons are given in a group or solo (1.5-hour or 2-hour sessions), and a custom option is available. The school also points students to gear purchase advice and to coaches for further progress, including surf foiling and hand wing foiling.
