School Presentation
Geromella is a family-run windsurfing school that has been teaching for more than 20 years on the south coast of Istria, from two bases: Pomer (a calm, sheltered bay next to the campsite) and Ližnjan. The centre stresses safety, patient instructors and a safety boat on standby during lessons.
Courses range from a 45-minute test lesson to beginner courses of 4, 6 or 8 hours (the 8-hour course includes the international VDWS Basic Windsurfing licence), advanced courses (tack, jibe, harness, beach start), strong-wind fun sessions in Pomer and private lessons. Every course starts on a land simulator before going on the water.
The centre also rents windsurf equipment, SUPs and pedal boats, and offers private speed-boat tours and a 5 HP motorboat rental (Pomer only). Gear is available for kids, beginners and advanced riders. The website is in English, Croatian, German and Italian.
