Blue Zone Sardinia

Blue Zone Sardinia is a CONI-recognised sports centre in the bay of Vignola Mare, Aglientu (Gallura), inside the Baia Blu la Tortuga campsite. Under one management it combines diving (an SSI centre and Aqua Lung partner), windsurfing and kitesurfing, snorkelling, water games (banana boat, water skiing, wakeboard) and inflatable boat excursions.

Windsurf and kitesurf courses are open to beginners and advanced riders; they are led by certified instructors following the FIV (Federazione Italiana Vela) and VDWS teaching methods, who know the area well. The centre is an RRD school and test centre.

The centre rents windsurf equipment (boards, sails, harnesses, wetsuits, life jackets), SUPs, double canoes, bikes and diving and snorkelling gear. According to the website, the bay of Vignola usually offers beginner-friendly conditions in the morning and late afternoon, with the thermal wind picking up around midday for experienced riders.
