Paul'eau Watersports is a school for non-motorised board sports founded by Paul, who has been teaching water sports since 2012. In Sète it teaches kitesurfing and wing on the Thau lagoon, from the Pont-Levis area where it ran a permanent base for four seasons. It now works through courses held on dates set in advance, which are given on request.
The lagoon offers flat, shallow water; small boats take students out to the sandbank, and boat-based teaching is used in private and semi-private lessons. Group lessons are limited to three students per instructor and most sessions are taught with a radio. The programme includes single lessons, packages of 3 to 12 sessions, themed sessions (children aged 8 to 13, beach kite control, light wind, safety, kitefoil, strapless), supervised riding, rental, boat drop-off on the sandbank and level certification. Wingsurf, wingfoil and boat-towed hydrofoil are also offered; kayak and paddle are run by the neighbouring Kayak Med.
The school uses Ozone equipment, including a range designed for children. It states that it is affiliated with AFKITE, IKO and FFVL and can issue the corresponding level cards. An online shop sells the school's used equipment (Ozone kites and bars, boards, F-One wing boards, surfboards).

Package sessions are a credit valid for 12 months, extendable by 12 months for €50. Kite third-party liability insurance is compulsory and can be taken out through AFKITE. Payment by card, cash or bank transfer; cheques not accepted.

Sessions depend on the wind: the school contacts students the day before to confirm the next day's session and time.
