ProKite Sardegna

ProKite Sardegna is a kitesurfing school based right at the Punta Trettu spot, in the municipality of San Giovanni Suergiu, in south-west Sardinia. It is run by Giacomo Barberi, a professional rider since 2007, Italian kitesurfing champion in 2011 and an instructor since 2010, who discovered Punta Trettu in 2011 and founded his school there.

Courses cover kitesurfing for beginners, intermediate, advanced and freestyle riders, a kids' course, hydrofoil and wing foil. Instructors are IKO and FIV certified and teach with radio helmets; an IKO certification is issued at the end of the course. A professional lifeguard and a dedicated rescue boat are on the spot. The gear used is Core.

On site: information point, bar overlooking the spot, free Wi-Fi (Starlink), barbecue, free parking (including daytime parking for students' campers and vans), toilets and showers, equipment rental and storage, kite camps and a selection of accommodation near the spot. The school also offers a loyalty card, the ProKite Card.
