North Coast Surfboards, kitesurf craftsman in Byron Bay

North Coast Surfboards is a surfboard factory and showroom in the Byron Bay Arts and Industry Estate. It builds Vouch surfboards and holds the Australian manufacturing licence for Surfboards by Donald Takayama and Gerry Lopez Surfboards.

All boards are shaped, by hand or by hand-finished machine, then glassed and sanded at the Byron Bay factory. The staff have made surfboards their whole working life.

Customers can order a custom board or pick a stock board from the showroom. The shop also sells fins, t-shirts and second-hand boards.

Open Monday to Friday, 9 am to 4 pm.
