Neilson Surfboards, kitesurf craftsman in Cocoa Beach

Neilson Surfboards is the workshop of shaper Tom Neilson in Cocoa Beach, Florida. With forty years of shaping experience, he has become a reference on the East Coast for custom surfboards and original designs. Boards are shaped and glassed in Central Florida.

The workshop builds shortboards and longboards in polyester or epoxy, with models such as the HP, Buzz, Perch and Alchemist. The website lists boards in stock and takes custom orders, started with a USD 200 deposit. A network of local dealers also sells the boards, and the workshop's own shop opens by appointment.
