Snowkite

The summit of Etna is a unique snowkite spot in Sicily, at over 3000 meters altitude on the largest active volcano in Europe. Winds are powerful and consistent, mainly from the west and northwest in winter.The vast snow-covered plateaus offer ideal terrain for snowkiting with an exceptional panoramic view of the Mediterranean. This spot is reserved for experienced riders due to the altitude and changing weather conditions.
