Snowkite

Kreidacher Höhe is a mountain pass located at 447 meters altitude in the western Odenwald, west of Wald-Michelbach in Hesse. This open plateau is a well-known snowkite spot in the region. The site is part of the Odenwald spot network frequented by the Snowkite Odenwald community. The plateau offers a relatively flat and wind-exposed surface, ideal for snowkiting when snow conditions are met. Wind at Kreidacher Höhe is variable due to the terrain, with favorable directions coming from the northeast, southeast, and west. The spot is suited for intermediate riders with snowkite experience on hilly terrain.
