Palo Seco is a kitesurfing spot on the central Pacific coast of Costa Rica, in the Puntarenas province. This uncrowded beach offers an unspoilt natural setting with moderate wave conditions. Thermal and north-easterly winds offer possible sessions between December and March. The spot is suited to intermediate riders looking for a quiet environment.
