Dumaluan Beach on Panglao Island in Central Visayas (Bohol) is a beautiful white sand beach facing south. The Amihan NE monsoon (Nov-May) provides cross-shore winds, while the long shallow sandy area makes it suitable for beginners and intermediates. Warm clear waters and nearby coral reefs add to the tropical experience.
