Pamalican Island is an exclusive private island resort in MIMAROPA, part of the Cuyo archipelago. Operated by Amanresorts, the island offers luxury kitesurfing in pristine turquoise waters. NE Amihan winds (Nov-May) deliver the kite season with consistent trade winds across the shallow lagoon surrounding the island.
