Kingfisher Farm is a kitesurf spot in the Ilocos Region near Pagudpud, northern Luzon. This scenic location features open waters facing the Babuyan Channel. Strong NE Amihan winds (Nov-May) provide excellent conditions. The spot is known for its rural setting surrounded by farmland and pristine coastline.
