Carabao Island Romblon Beach is in MIMAROPA, adjacent to Boracay. This small island offers uncrowded kitesurfing in the same wind window as Boracay. NE Amihan winds (Nov-May) deliver consistent conditions. The sandy beach and clear waters provide a quieter alternative to Boracay's busy Bulabog Beach.
