Camsur Watersports Complex (CWC) in the Bicol region is a purpose-built cable wakeboarding park that also serves as a kitesurfing venue. Located on a freshwater lake near Naga City, it offers flat water conditions. During the Amihan season (Nov-May), northeast winds provide rideable conditions, though this inland spot is less consistent than coastal locations.
