<![CDATA[Pinaroo Point (also spelled Pinnaroo Point) is a popular kitesurfing spot located in Hillarys, in Perth's northern suburbs, Western Australia. This spot benefits from an ideal position to catch the "Fremantle Doctor," the southwest thermal sea breeze, and offers varied conditions ranging from flat water to small chop depending on wind strength. The spot is particularly valued for its easy access from Perth and conditions suited to intermediates. The wind blows reliably from the south and southwest from November to March, typically between 15 and 25 knots in the afternoon. The water is relatively shallow near the shore. Kite lessons are offered on-site by several schools (KiteBud in particular). Parking is easy and showers and toilets are nearby. The spot is just minutes from the Hillarys Boat Harbour shopping center with restaurants and cafes. The neighboring spots of Scarborough Beach and Trigg Beach are a short distance to the south.]]>
