Vila do Algodoal is a fishing village on Ilha de Maiandeua, in the state of Para. This seaside spot offers sailing conditions influenced by east and northeast trade winds. Tides are very pronounced and can uncover vast sandbars at low tide. Access is only by boat from Maruda. An authentic spot in a preserved Amazonian setting.
