Overview
Southern end of Keros Bay, on the east coast of Limnos (Lemnos) in the Aegean Sea. It is a small wave spot over a sandy bottom: the waves, slightly cross-onshore, rarely exceed 1 m. The spot is used for kitesurfing, windsurfing and wingfoiling. Several centres on the bay rent equipment and give lessons.

On the water
Small, slightly cross-onshore waves, rarely above 1 m, over a sandy bottom. The middle of the bay is choppier; the flat-water section is at the north end.
Wind specificities
The meltemi blows from the north / north-east from June to August: it starts around 9-10 am and peaks between 11 am and 4 pm. The wind is more north-easterly until midday, then northerly in the afternoon. In a southerly wind the spots of the bay reverse: waves to the north, flat water to the south.
Hazards
The wind can be gusty, especially when it blows from the north.
