Blue Dream Bay is a shallow lagoon on Siquijor (Philippines), home to the Blue Dream Dive, Kite & Wing Resort at Timbaon near San Juan, with IKO instructors, for beginners and experienced riders. On Siquijor kiting is possible almost year-round: the north-east monsoon (Amihan) is the main season, with December to May and August-September the best months. A permit or local club membership may be required.
