Rustington is a sandy beach in West Sussex, with wooden groynes, flat and shallow at low tide. Arun council has designated a kite zone there; Rustington and Littlehampton West Beach form a single stretch. The south-westerly is described as constant, and the spot as suited to beginners within 2 hours either side of low tide.
