Overview
Dźwirzyno is a resort on the Baltic coast (Poland), between the sea and the Resko Przymorskie lagoon, whose water is shallow. A university guide describes winds mostly from the west or north-west, which can turn abruptly to the east or north-east, and "shallow and safe" water on the lagoon side. A hotel blog (promotional source) mentions several kite schools open year-round and a water-sports centre renting equipment.
