Oliva is a municipality on the Valencia coast. According to the Valencian Community nautical portal, kiting and windsurfing are highly restricted there; a forum says it is forbidden in high season but tolerated by local police. East-south-east thermals of 16 to 20 knots blow in spring and summer, in the afternoon. The Kite Oliva school is based on Rabdells beach, from April to September.
