Isola Piana is a small uninhabited island off the coast of Stintino in northwest Sardinia, in the channel between Capo Falcone and the Asinara island national park. Hazards

Island access requires a boat or swim — plan logistics carefully. Very powerful Maestrale around Capo Falcone and the Asinara channel. Rocky shores all around the island. No facilities and no rescue service. Only for experienced riders with proper safety equipment.
