Overview
Suiderstrand is a wild and isolated beach near Cape Agulhas, the southernmost point of the African continent, where the Atlantic Ocean meets the Indian Ocean. The beach is exposed with powerful swell from the south. The setting is spectacular and rich in maritime history — many shipwrecks occurred on this coast. Advanced spot due to exposure and isolation.
