Shengjin is a kitesurfing spot on the Adriatic coast of northern Albania. The long, wide sandy beach offers good conditions for kitesurfing. Prevailing winds come from the northwest and west. The beach is shallow for a great distance, making it easier to learn. Shengjin is a developing seaside destination. Suitable for beginners and intermediates.
