Porto das Dunas is a kitesurfing spot located east of Fortaleza, in Ceara. This tourist seaside resort offers ocean conditions with the constant Northeast trade winds blowing from east to southeast from July to February. Winds of 15 to 25 knots are suited to intermediate riders.
