Saint-Enogat (historic Dinard) is one of the most spectacular spots on the Côte d'Émeraude: navigation between sandbanks, close to the city. Very tide-dependent — only works with a coefficient ≥90 and water height below 2.50m. Demanding spot subject to strict municipal regulations. Managed by Emeraude Kite.

Accessible only during grandes marées (coefficient ≥90) when water height is below 2.50m — window of 2-3 hours. Zone to the east of the marker buoy. Kite rigged at the water's edge. Check Emeraude Kite regulations and current municipal orders before each session.

Hazards

Rocks, strong currents, significant wind shadow areas — not recommended for beginners. Navigation allowed only when water height is below 2.50m (2h to 3h window around low tide with coefficient ≥90). Zone restricted to east of a marker buoy. Kite must be rigged at the water's edge. Check current municipal orders before riding — an outright ban was issued in 2020 and rules are regularly reviewed.
