Spot functioning
From Ploudalmézeau, take the direction to Lampaul-Ploudalmézeau. Cross the village while taking a quick glance to the right at the beautiful 16th century church (1/4 second cultural moment), and you're at the spot: several access points to the sea are possible depending on whether you go right or left of the stream.
On the left, there are two parking lots:
- 1 stabilized facing the beach (2nd parking from the left on the diagram),
- 1 grassy, sheltered and warm (1st parking on the left on the diagram).
Since the 1st parking is quite small and often full, prefer the 2nd one! You'll be warm, sheltered from the wind and the access to the spot is 50m away. These two parking lots constitute the main access to the spot. In summer and to avoid overcrowding, it is also possible to navigate at Coulouarn. Access to this beach is located between the village of Lampaul and St-Pabu, you need to turn right towards St-Pabu in the village of Lampaul, before the church.
Outside of July-August, it is possible to park at the camping de l'eau (3rd parking on the diagram).

Hazards
The only danger that exists is the small river with a pebble bottom next to the launch area. You should avoid launching toward the river, especially at high tide when the beach shrinks. In case of an emergency, be sure to specify the beach of Lampaul-Ploudalmézeau, called "les trois moutons" and not Tréompan...
Fishing, land sailing (school/club), speedsails, kite buggying, windsurf.
Wind specificities
From northwest to northeast, the wind is very consistent. The spot is flat at low tide, choppy at high tide with northeast wind. The spot is large, there is space at low tide and high tide. No problems for launching, there are no obstacles downwind. 2 parking lots provide access to the spot.
