Glendowie Sandspit is a sandbank located in the Tamaki Estuary, east of Auckland. This spot offers a shallow and calm body of water, ideal for learning kitesurfing and wingfoiling. NE and SW winds work well here. The sandbank is exposed at low tide, creating an easy launching area. Suitable for beginners. Quiet residential setting.
