Aqua Ventana Adventure Resort

Aqua Ventana is a boutique beachfront resort in La Ventana, on the Sea of Cortez in Baja California Sur. It welcomes windsurfers, wing foilers and kitesurfers, with a beachfront pool, a jacuzzi, a restaurant and a beach bar.

The resort runs a wind-sports centre: guests can rent windsurf equipment (sails from 3.2 to 7.5), windfoil gear for light-wind days, wetsuits and harnesses, and book lessons by contacting the resort.

The windsurf season runs from mid-October to April or May, with a north wind that builds late in the morning and blows 15 to 25 mph in the afternoon. Other activities include mountain biking, stand-up paddle and wildlife boat trips.
