School Presentation

Oléron Surf Club is a volunteer surf club created in 2018, labelled by the French Surfing Federation, which presents itself as the only surf club on the island of Oléron with the motto "make surfing accessible to everyone, all year round". Its administrative seat is in Les Allards, Dolus-d'Oléron, and lessons are given at the hut on Vert-Bois beach, north of Grand-Village, where long, gentle waves suit learning. The website shows a 2026 copyright and a 2026 membership page.

The club combines a school (initiation and improvement lessons and courses for children and adults, all year, equipment included) and a club with two formulas: "Full Club" from February to December and "Light Club" from May to December, as well as a competition group open all year whose travel is covered. It also offers adaptive surfing with instructors trained to welcome people with disabilities, hosts classes from primary school to university and formulas for works councils.
