Centre Nautique d'Angoulins (CNA)

Club Nautique d'Angoulins (CNA) is a club affiliated with the French Sailing Federation, labelled as a sailing school and sports school, based on chemin de la Platère in Angoulins. It has a sheltered learning basin and open water at sea, and its website announces a nautical raid for 2026.

Sailing courses (optimist, windsurf, catamaran) run during the Easter, summer and All Saints holidays, in the basin or at sea depending on age and level, from age 4 and from beginner to advanced. Year-round sailing, for leisure or competition (optimist, windsurf), offers weekly training and regattas from age 7. The club also rents equipment and gives private lessons (paddle, windsurf, catamaran, wing foil, dinghy, kayak), for up to 4 people, and rents a fishing hut (carrelet) at the Pointe du Chay, facing the islands of Aix and Oléron, for a maximum of 10 people.

Instruction is provided by state-qualified instructors. The club welcomes visitors Monday to Friday in low season and every day except Sunday in high season, and closes from mid-December to early February.
