Anglet Surf Spirit

Anglet Surf Spirit is a surf, bodyboard and stand-up paddle school based at the Plage de l'Océan spot in Anglet since summer 2024. It is run by Paschal, who has surfed for about thirty years, was French masters vice-champion in 2012 and 2019, a former big-wave competitor and a coach of youth and university teams.

Paschal is a state-certified instructor, holds a degree in high-level training and is qualified in first aid and water rescue; he is also a physical education teacher and a trainer for the common core of the state sports educator diploma. Lessons are tailored from introduction to high-level training, according to wishes, levels, ages (7 to 77) and body types.

Equipment is described as new and suitable. The partners shown are REEF, CARVE and SouthWest, along with Anglet Tourisme and the École Française de Surf. The school announces opening every day from April to November; booking goes through a third-party site.
