Martin Surf School

Martin Surf School is a small mobile surf school in Mimizan run by Martin, a surf instructor holding the BPJEPS Surf diploma obtained in 2016. A surfer originally from the Mediterranean (Côte Bleue), he settled in Mimizan in 2010 and taught at UCPA and as a freelancer in private schools before co-managing a surf school.

The school offers group lessons (4 to 8 people) and private lessons (3 people maximum), from age 6 and for all levels. Lessons last 1h30, about one hour of it in the water, with additional sunrise and sunset sessions. Groups of up to 8 people (hen and stag parties, seminars, birthdays, associations) are welcome on quotation.

Equipment (board and wetsuit) and insurance are included in the lesson price. Boards and wetsuits travel in the school's van, which is the meeting point: it parks near the spot chosen according to conditions, among the North beach (Lamanch car park, forest side), the South beach and Lespecier beach. Participants are asked to arrive 20 minutes before the lesson.

The school is open every day from mid-May to mid-October.
