Soulac Surf School

Soulac Surf School is a surf school founded in 1996 in Soulac-sur-Mer. It has two bases in the centre of the resort: the Plage des Naïades school, facing the surf zone and the lifeguarded beach, and the one on the central beach, by reservation only.

Lessons range from introduction to improvement, with technique formulas and a "Spéciale Kids" formula for ages 6-9; children can start from age 6. Instructors hold the state diploma and participants receive a diploma at the end of a course.

The school rents more than 80 boards and 200 wetsuits (foam boards for beginners, resin boards for experts, longboards and fish). It provides lockers, changing rooms, showers and a surf café, and offers a surf-and-lodging formula. The Medoc Waterman Club offers training formulas.

For the All Saints holidays 2026, lessons run every day from 17 October to 2 November, 10am-12pm and 2pm-6pm.
