School Presentation
Kite & Tonic is a small kitesurf and windsurf school at Ponta Preta beach (Riu Beach) in Santa Maria, on the island of Sal. It is run by Anthony, a Belgian instructor, and Lisette, who handles the organisation.
Lessons are limited to two students per instructor and are given from a boat, which avoids the crowds at Kite Beach. The team speaks Dutch, French, English, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and Creole.
The school offers beginner and advanced lessons, downwind trips, windsurf and surf lessons, SUP and skimboarding, as well as rental of Core Kiteboarding gear (kites from 7 to 17 m²) and equipment storage.
