The Çağla Kubat Windsurf Academy is a windsurf school at Akçakaya, opposite the Alaçatı marina, on the Çeşme peninsula near İzmir. It was founded by Çağla Kubat, 2008 IFCA women's slalom European champion and eight-time Turkish champion, together with her husband Jimmy Diaz, a former professional windsurfer and president of the PWA.
Çağla Kubat holds all the Turkish Sailing Federation licences, including the RS5 which allows her to train instructors. The school welcomes beginners as well as high-level windsurfers, and its website has sections on lessons, rentals, equipment storage and summer camps for children.
