Advance Kiting

Advance Kiting is a kitesurf school founded in 2010 in Alaçatı, on the Çeşme peninsula near İzmir. It grew out of a group of kitesurf competitors. Its home base is Alaçatı, where the windy season runs from April to the end of October; the team travels abroad in winter. It also works with Kite Club Urla, presented as a second base on the peninsula.

The school offers a beginner programme (flying a power kite, body dragging, board starts, downwind riding), advanced coaching (jumps, transitions, rotations, kite loops) and freestyle coaching (unhooked riding, strapless waves). Instructors are certified, and founder Kerem has been a kiteboard examiner for the Turkish Sailing Federation since 2013.

Advance Kiting is the official Slingshot importer for Turkey and sells new and second-hand gear. The website also lists Ride Engine.
