Puerto Surf House & School is a surf school and guesthouse in the Brisas de Zicatela district of Puerto Escondido, Oaxaca, about 50 metres from La Punta beach. It is run by David and Swantje, who say they have twenty years of surf teaching experience.
The school offers group lessons, semi-private lessons and private lessons with a guide. La Punta suits beginners as well as intermediate and advanced surfers.
Six-night packages combine lessons and accommodation, including one that adds Spanish lessons. The house has six rooms and one apartment, all with private bathroom, fan and mosquito net, around a large garden with hammocks.
