Tico Surf Lessons teaches surfing on Jacó beach, on Costa Rica's Pacific coast, near Calle Bohío. The school is led by Erly Farrier and his team; he has 27 years of surfing experience and more than 15 years of teaching students of all ages and levels.
Jacó is a shallow beach break with small to medium waves, well suited to first-timers. The school offers group and private lessons, multi-day packages and guided trips to nearby spots (Playa Hermosa, Esterillos Oeste, Esterillos Centro, Bejuco).
Every lesson includes free use of a surfboard for 24 hours afterwards, beach chairs with umbrellas and pick-up in the Jacó area.
