Twins Surf School

Twins Surf School is a surf school in Hourtin Plage (17 avenue Jean Lafitte), run by twin brothers Thomas and Julien. A summer 2026 post on its Instagram confirms its activity, and the school says it stays open in September.

It offers group and private lessons, 2-hour group initiations, 3- or 5-day courses (6 to 10 hours of practice over the week) and sunrise and sunset sessions. Ages range from the Wave Garden (3-7) to children's lessons (8-11, with German-language lessons depending on availability) and lessons for ages 12 and over, adults and families. Groups and companies (stag/hen parties, seminars, school trips) are welcomed on quote, in French, English and German.

The school rents "Soft" boards for beginners and intermediates, "Performer" boards for intermediates and advanced surfers, and wetsuits. Instructors are presented as certified; prices are provided on the website or on request.
