Kermit Siargao - Surf School

Kermit is a resort, restaurant and surf camp in General Luna on Siargao Island. It has been introducing travellers to surfing since 2010, alongside an Italian restaurant and accommodation.

The two head instructors, Eloy and Jong, are ISA level 1 certified with more than twenty years of surfing experience; several instructors on the team also hold Emergency First Response certification. Beginner lessons are one-to-one and cover the fundamentals, ocean safety and etiquette, with an introduction to the island's spots. More than ten breaks are accessible from General Luna, including Cloud 9, Jacking Horse and Tuason Point.

For intermediate and experienced surfers, the Sleep-Eat-Surf package offers guided trips to breaks matched to skill level and daily conditions. Accommodation is not included in the lessons and surf packages, which are open to guests staying elsewhere.
