K.G.G Kite School

The KGG kitesurf school is based on the Giens peninsula in Hyères, in the Almanarre bay (1737 route de la Madrague). It is run by Greg and Colin; its blog is updated until October 2026 and its photos date from August 2025. Depending on the wind, lessons are given at Almanarre or at La Bergerie.

The offer covers initiation, improvement, private and children's lessons, strapless surf and boat drops, as well as weekly courses, 5-day beginner courses, pick-and-mix courses or weekend courses, and raids around Porquerolles. The school also teaches kitefoil and wing foil, and rents equipment.

Instruction is by state-qualified instructors, with a maximum of 4 students per instructor, one radio per student and a debrief after each lesson. The school is affiliated with the FFVL and holds the French Kite School label. It is open every day from 9am to 6pm, and prices are published on the website.
