School Presentation

T-flow is a small watersports base on the shore of Lake Hamana, in Mikkabi (Hamamatsu), in its thirteenth year in 2026. The owner teaches windsurfing, stand up paddle, foiling, wing foiling, outrigger canoe and open-water swimming himself: sports driven by body and wind, with no engine.

Lessons run for half a day (about two hours) in small numbers, with a safety boat on the water. Wing foil lessons last 120 minutes, gear and life jacket included. The website also lists towed foil lessons, a sunrise SUP outing on the lake, six-seat outrigger canoes (from three adults), annual memberships and gear storage.

Rental is limited to people who have already practised: the school does not rent gear to beginners, for safety. Showers and toilets on site.
